Product Introduction
- Pre-punched hose is a type of hose for fire-fighting or agricultural irrigation, where water outlet holes have been processed according to design requirements before leaving the factory. Its core function is to achieve uniform water distribution or directional spraying through the pre-set holes, eliminating the need for on-site hole drilling and improving operational efficiency and safety.
- No-Drilling Design: Holes are prefabricated at the factory, eliminating the need for on-site drilling. It can be directly connected to the irrigation system, saving manual operation time and effort, and reducing installation costs.
- Diverse Materials: Usually made of PE or PP, it combines flexibility and durability, enabling adaptation to different field environments and laying requirements. Additionally, some products adopt a white outer and black inner composite layer, which provides excellent UV protection and slows down material aging.
- Flexible Specifications: The common pipe diameter ranges from 75mm, 90mm to 110mm, with a maximum of 5 inches (approximately 16.5cm). The standard hole spacing is mostly 60mm, and some can also be customized according to requirements to meet the row spacing of different crops and irrigation needs.
- Pre-punched hoses operate based on the principles of pressure difference and fluid mechanics. When one end of the hose is connected to a water source with a certain pressure, water flows along the inside of the hose under pressure. Since the internal pressure of the hose is higher than the external atmospheric pressure, when the water passes through the prefabricated small holes, it sprays or seeps out from the holes, forming water droplets or thin streams, thereby achieving irrigation of the target area.
